Arc Raiders Dust On The Wires Quest Guide

Later quests in Arc Raiders often come with multiple objectives, and Dust on the Wires is easily one of the more involved ones. While the overall difficulty is fairly low, you should be ready to move across a large portion of Spaceport to complete everything efficiently.

Dust on the Wires also includes an item that must be extracted back to Speranza. Because of this, it’s highly recommended to equip an augment with a safe pocket so you can secure the item even if things go wrong during the run.

When you're ready to complete Dust on the Wires, follow the steps below.

Visit any Field Depot on the Eastern side of the Spaceport

There are several field depots located on the eastern side of Spaceport. The one shown below is the most efficient choice, as it places you closer to the next objectives.

Once you reach the location, head inside the field depot building.

Use the Field Radio to transmit the Scout Group's last Log to Shani

Inside the depot, locate the field radio. It can be found sitting on the only desk within this small structure.

Interact with the radio to resend the scout group’s final log, which will update your quest progress.

Interact with the Terminal in the old Raider Tower north of the Maintenance Hangar

Your next objective takes you to a Raider Tower positioned north of the Maintenance Hangar. This is where you’ll find the required terminal.

Head toward the marked location and watch for the tower structure shown below.

Climb to the top of the tower and interact with the terminal to proceed.

This will trigger the next phase of the quest.

Find Traces of the Scout Patrols near the Maintenance Hangar

The traces you’re looking for are located very close to your current position. Move toward the southwest exterior corner of the Maintenance Hangar to find them on the ground.

Interact with the prompt to transmit the patrol’s location.

This action will update your quest once again.

Search the Remains left by the Scouts

Nearby, you’ll find the remains left behind by the scout patrol. They are only a short distance from the previous objective.

Interact with the prompt to drop the Scout Patrol Note, then make sure to pick it up afterward.

Deliver the Scout Patrol Note to Shani

With the Scout Patrol Note secured, place it into your safe pocket if you have the appropriate augment. This ensures you won’t lose it if you get eliminated before extraction.

Head toward the nearest extraction point and successfully leave the match. Once you’re back in Speranza, speak with Shani to complete the Dust on the Wires quest.
