Affixes will increase the difficulty of your Keystone at levels +2, +5, and +10.

Keystone Level 2 Affixes

Tyrannical
Bosses have 30% more health.
Bosses and their minions inflict up to 15% increased damage.

Fortified
Non-boss enemies have 20% more health.
Non-boss enemies inflict up to 30% increased damage.

Tips:

  • Use stuns, polymorph, and other crowd control spells to reduce damage intake.
  • Slow and kite your enemies.
  • Focus on priority targets.
  • Avoid pulling too many mobs.

Keystone Level 5 Affixes

  • Entangling
  • Afflicted
  • Incorporeal
  • Volcanic
  • Storming

Entangling
While in combat, entangling vines periodically appear and snare players.

Afflicted
While in combat, afflicted souls periodically appear and seek the aid of players.

Incorporeal
While in combat, incorporeal beings periodically appear and attempt to weaken players.

Volcanic
While in combat, enemies periodically cause gouts of flame to erupt beneath the feet of distant players.
Volcanic Plume: 2 sec cast; inflicts fire damage to players within 2 yds equal to 20% of their maximum health and knocks them high into the air.

Avoid the little fire circles (Volcanic Plume) that spawn under ranged players.

Bringing your own pool to the dungeon does not save you from the Volcanic Affix!

Storming
While in combat, enemies periodically summon damaging whirlwinds.
Swirl on the floor; avoid getting hit, or you'll be stunned or knocked upwards.

Keystone Level 10 Affixes

  • Spiteful
  • Raging
  • Bursting
  • Bolstering
  • Sanguine

Spiteful
Fiends rise from the corpses of non-boss enemies and pursue random players.
Whenever a mob dies, a spiteful shade is summoned, fixating on a random player.
The shade's health scales with the Keystone level. It can be crowd controlled and only hits very hard.

Kite them as much as possible; they lose 8% health every second.

Raging
Non-boss enemies enrage at 30% health remaining, temporarily granting immunity to crowd control effects.

Bursting
When slain, non-boss enemies explode, causing all players to suffer damage over 4 sec. This effect stacks.

Avoid killing too many mobs simultaneously to prevent overwhelming damage.

Bolstering
When any non-boss enemy dies, its death cry empowers nearby allies, temporarily increasing their damage by 20%.
This can stack multiple times, resulting in a highly dangerous enemy that will take a long time to defeat.
The range on the buffing ability is 30 yards.

Avoid killing to many mobs simultaneously!

Sanguine
When slain, non-boss enemies leave behind a lingering pool of ichor that heals their allies and damages players.

Kite mobs out of the red zones on the floor.
