3. FLAMMABLE, EXPLOSIVE AND HAZARDOUS CHEMICALS
a) The posting of explosives and related ignition and detonation equipment is strictly prohibited. Such activity can result in your account being suspended.
b) Radioactive substances, toxic and poisonous chemicals are forbidden on the gamer-choice.com Website.

Law enforcement badges or official law enforcement equipment from any public authority, including badges issued by the government of any country.
Military decorations, medals, and awards, in addition to items with substantially similar designs.

c) The following mass-transit related items are not permitted to be listed:

Manuals or other materials related to commercial transportation, including safety manuals published by commercial airlines and entities operating subways, trains, or buses.
Any official, internal, classified, or non-public documents.
8. ADULT AND OBSCENE MATERIALS

However, gamer-choice.com Website want the Sellers and/or Merchant to be aware that posting items in violation of contractual obligations could put Sellers and/or Merchant at risk with third parties. gamer choice.com therefore urges that Sellers and/or Merchant to not list any item until Sellers and/or Merchant have reviewed any relevant contracts or agreements and are confident can legally sell it on the gamer-choice.com Website. If Sellers and/or Merchant have any questions regarding the rights under a contract or agreement, gamer-choice.com strongly recommend that Sellers and/or Merchant to contact the company with whom Sellers and/or Merchant entered into the contract and/or consult with an attorney. gamer-choice.com Website does not permit the listing of tickets to performance, sporting, and entertainment events.
b) Stolen Property
The posting or sale of stolen property is strictly forbidden on the gamer-choice.com Website and violates international law. Stolen property includes items taken from private individuals, as well as property taken without authorization from the individual, companies, or governments. gamer-choice.com Website supports and cooperates with law enforcement efforts involving the recovery of stolen property and the prosecution of responsible individuals. 18. RESTRICTED THIRD PARTY REGULATED PRODUCTS/SECTORS
a) Transactions and advisory/intermediary services related to the banking, financial, investment, insurance, real estate, engineering, architecture, media, and education sectors are not permitted.
19. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS (IPR) PROTECTION POLICY
a) Items containing the likeness, image, and/or name of another individual are prohibited, unless the products were made or authorized by the individual whose likeness, image and/or name has been used.
b) If the products sold bear the name or logo of a company but did not originate from or were not endorsed by that company, such products are prohibited from the gamer-choice.com Website.
c) Postings of branded products are permitted if a certificate of authorization has been issued by the brand owner.
20. DUPLICATE LISTINGS

Hence, gamer-choice.com Website does not permit that Sellers and/or Merchants to have more than one fixed price listing at the same time on the same product. This includes: Listing an identical item in different categories or listing an identical item using different usernames; Listings that are not significantly different, such as adding an inconsequential bonus item with the same identical item in two listings.
21. LISTING REMOVAL
a) gamer-choice.com Website reserves the right to remove the products listing or delisted the Sellers and/or Merchant’s account at any time in the event of the violations to Gamer Choice’s Product Listing Policy.
22. FOREIGN LINKS
a) gamer-choice.com Website does not permit the store names to be a web address or include (for example) ‘.com’, ‘.net’, ‘.org’ or ‘.edu’.
b) Listing image cannot violate any Gamer Choice policies, such as adult content or offers to buy or sell outside of gamer-choice.com Website, and must be specific to the listing, such as a product review, guides, and demonstrations steps.
c) Credits for third-party providers are not allowed to link off Gamer Choice or contain external web addresses or contact information
23. GAME ITEMS MISREPRESENTATION
a) Sellers and/or Merchant shall ensure that clear and accurate information about the accuracy of the in-game item or services linking to the game. Game item and services information must be consistent across all areas of the listing including title, description, and item specifics. Sellers and/or Merchant shall ensure proof of delivery during transaction of the game item and services to ensure item and services has been delivered.
24. SEARCH & BROWSE MANIPULATION
a) gamer-choice.com Website does not tolerate manipulation of search and browse experience by adding popular keywords in merchant’s listings that do not have any relation to the items or using other tactics that could mislead buyers. This includes: Platform does not allow manipulating search results to gain unfair visibility of a listing; Platform does not allow using keywords that are not directly related to the item for sale. All the words in the listing need to be accurate and refer only to the item or service for sale; Listings that promote other listings are not allowed; Listings cannot include keywords with question marks, as this can be misleading for buyers. If any item details are unclear or unknown, Sellers and/or Merchants should be left out of the listing; Offering a choice of different products in a single listing is not allowed; Selling different kind of product (For example: Game Coins & Boosting service) in the same listing is not allowed.
