All Resident Evil Requiem Safe Codes And Locations

Are you having trouble figuring out the Safe Combinations in Resident Evil Requiem? There are five locked safes scattered throughout the campaign, and each one requires you to decipher clues hidden in documents and files. Don’t worry—we’ve gathered all the information you need right here. Sit back, relax, and prepare to grab some valuable loot.

Care Center First Floor Map

The Map above highlights the locations of two Resident Evil Requiem safes. Both are situated on the first floor of the East Wing inside the Care Center.

Note 1: The safe in the Waiting Room has already been forced open. Inside, you’ll find 2x Antique Coins. Meanwhile, the safe in the Examination Room is locked and requires a combination. The hint for it is located upstairs on the second floor.

Note 2: You’ll need to gather more than a dozen Antique Coins if you want to unlock every reward available for Grace in the Parlor room.

Care Center Second Floor Map

This Map displays the layout of the second floor of the Care Center. Another safe can be found in the Bar & Lounge area. Make sure you collect and read the remaining clue documents before attempting to open it.

Safe #1: Examination Room Safe Combination

Clue: Located on the second floor of the East Wing, in the locker area just beyond the Lead Researcher’s Office. This is also where you obtain the ID Wristband (Level 1) and encounter the Chunk boss for the first time.

Combination: Right 30, Left 10, Right 50
Rewards: 3x Antique Coins

Safe #2: Bar & Lounge Safe Combination

Clue: Found on a desk inside the West Wing 2F Office.

Combination: Left 10, Right 80, Left 30
Rewards: 3x Antique Coins

Clue for Safe #3: Attic Storage

The clue tied to the next Resident Evil Requiem safe is extremely important—and it’s completely missable if you’re not careful.

Continue progressing through the story until you acquire the ID Wristband (Level 3) and Grace descends into the Care Center Basement.

The perspective then shifts to Leon. After defeating the Chunk boss during his segment, you’ll eventually come across a cabinet with a warped, damaged door. Use the Hatchet to pry it open and reveal a hidden file/document inside.

This section is missable because once Leon’s chapter concludes, control returns to Grace. If you read the file while playing as Leon, the clue will remain recorded and accessible when you resume as Grace. However, if you skip it, Grace won’t be able to revisit the Basement area after leaving, meaning the clue will be permanently lost.

Safe #3: Basement Inspection Chamber Safe Combination

Clue: The document recovered from Attic Storage, as mentioned above.

Combination: Right 60, Left 40, Right 80
Rewards: 8x Handgun Ammo and Raccoon Roundup Map (Rhodes Hill)

Note: The Raccoon Roundup Map reveals the locations of all Mr. Raccoon collectibles within the Care Center.

ARK Map

The Map above marks the positions of two additional locked safes in Resident Evil Requiem. You won’t access this area—the ARK—until much later in the campaign. Below is a quick overview of how progression works in this section:

• The Lab Entrance acts as your central hub, complete with a save point and item box.
• From there, proceed through the Sterilization Chamber, where one locked safe is located. Be cautious, as Lickers patrol this area.
• After obtaining key items from the Cleanroom and Chemical Storage, head back to the Lab Entrance and unlock access to the Lobby.
• The Monitor Control Room contains another safe.
• Descend the stairs to reach the Anteroom, which leads into Bioweapon Repository 05. Inside the large cargo containers, you’ll discover several documents and a Hip Pouch inventory upgrade. Be prepared—multiple Lickers are waiting inside.

Safe #4: Sterilization Chamber Safe Combination

Clue: Located in a cargo pod near the Antechamber steps.

Combination: Right 10, Left 90, Right 20
Rewards: 1x Med Injector, 1x Molotov Cocktail, and 15x Handgun Ammo

Clue: Found in a cargo pod positioned along the right-hand side of Bioweapon Repository 05.

Combination: Left 50, Right 60, Left 80
Rewards: 1x Med Injector, 1x Bottle of Acid, and 1x Empty Bottle
