Another remix event in World of Warcraft might be on the horizon. This time, the hints suggest a "Legion Remix."

As part of the Warcraft Direct, Blizzard has outlined its plans for World of Warcraft and promised at least six patches for the next year. But that doesn’t seem to be all. A hint on the timeline gives a clear indication that Blizzard might aim to repeat the success of the Mists of Pandaria Remix—this time with the Legion expansion.

A Color Could Be the Decisive Clue

What was discovered?
YouTuber and analyst Bellular took a closer look at the 2025 roadmap for World of Warcraft. While most content has been outlined in broad strokes, there are some clues suggesting there might be even more in store.

The clearest hint is the timeline itself. If you examine it, you can see that the yellow-orange hue of "Autumn" gradually transitions into a green shade—specifically, fel green.

This is the color strongly associated with the Legion. Since the upcoming expansion Midnight uses more of a dark blue-purple palette, the green tone seems out of place.

For Bellular and many others, this makes it clear: this is a hint that we’ll get a “Legion Remix” for a few months in Winter 2025.

How Likely Is This?

If we’re being honest: it’s very likely, even if the clues are still rather thin. The Mists of Pandaria Remix is likely considered a massive success for the WoW team. Since Legion is held in similarly high regard by the player base, it seems only a matter of time before Legion Remix becomes a reality.

The expansion offers not only a wealth of content to enjoy but also a treasure trove of transmog rewards—be it the artifact weapons or the tier sets from that era, which are often regarded as some of the best-looking designs. It would be relatively easy to introduce new "recolor" variants—both for gear and mounts.

What Would a Legion Remix Look Like?

How exactly Blizzard plans to integrate remix mechanics into Legion—similar to the chaotic fun effects introduced in the MoP Remix—remains to be seen.

Would you like to return to the Broken Isles and revisit the stories surrounding the artifact weapons, the Legion’s invasions, and the ultimate battle on Argus? What rewards would you hope to see, and how should this event be structured?
