WoW: Starting Today You Can Farm Infinite Bronze Dragon Anniversary Tokens

The wait is finally over. In World of Warcraft, players can now farm the event currency from the anniversary celebration as much as they like. Here’s a guide on how to do it!

Currently, World of Warcraft players are celebrating the 20th anniversary of the MMORPG. However, the excitement of the event has been mixed, as many of the rewards have been locked behind "timegates," which require players to participate in specific content, sometimes even content they might not prefer. To address this, Blizzard has implemented a hotfix that improves the system significantly. Additionally, starting today, players can complete an achievement that unlocks a way to grind the event currency endlessly, if they so choose.

 

 

What’s the Achievement?

The achievement, known as Token Collector is earned once players accumulate a total of 100 Bronze Dragon Anniversary Tokens across their account. Initially, reaching this goal seemed like a lot of work, but this week, it’s become much easier to achieve. You’ll likely reach the 100-token mark just by completing a portion of the available tasks.

Once you’ve completed the achievement, new, repeatable sources of Bronze Dragon Anniversary Tokens will become available, allowing you to farm them endlessly.

 

Which Activities Are Repeatable?

In addition to the weekly and one-time sources we’ve already covered, achieving this milestone unlocks several activities that can be repeated infinitely. This means that players can choose to dedicate their time to farming these tokens for as long as they wish. The following are the repeatable sources available for token farming:

1. Classic Timewalking Dungeons: Each dungeon run rewards 2 tokens.
2. Chromie’s Codex Scenario: Completing the scenario grants 2 tokens each time.
3. Anniversary World Bosses: Each world boss defeated grants 1 token, available once per day.
4. Daily Quests in Korrak’s Revenge (PvP): Each quest rewards a total of 3 tokens, or 12 tokens per day.
5. Blackrock Depths Raid Bosses:
   • Each raid boss awards 3 tokens (8 bosses in total).
   • Each mini-boss awards 2 tokens (5 mini-bosses in total).
   • Each difficulty level of the raid grants tokens once per week, allowing players to earn a total of 102 tokens.

 

Maximizing Your Farming Efforts

If you’re planning to spend the next few weeks farming these tokens, you might want to consider leveling an alt character at the same time. Right now, there’s a bonus of up to 85% extra XP, which works well with the Timewalking Dungeon runs. This means you can simultaneously farm tokens and level additional characters efficiently.
