Welcome, survivors of the apocalypse! It’s time for our Black Ops 6 Zombies Liberty Falls main quest walkthrough! Previously, we explored Terminus Island and its central storyline, but now we’re shifting to the quiet West Virginia town of Liberty Falls, where chaos reigns with a full-scale zombie outbreak. This eerie map is packed with classic Americana—video store, motel, gas station, bowling alley, comic shop, and church—all twisted by the undead invasion. Although smaller than sprawling maps like Terminus, Liberty Falls hides plenty of secrets and also breaches into the sinister Dark Aether dimension, deepening the experience despite its compact size.
In this BO6 Liberty Falls guide, we’ll walk step by step through the entire main quest, right up to the climactic boss battle. But if you’d rather skip hours of surviving endless zombie waves and complex objectives, you can instead purchase a BO6 Zombies Liberty Falls boosting service at Gamer Choice. This way, you unlock all the Liberty Falls rewards without the grind.
The story behind this Liberty Falls Zombies quest focuses on Samantha Maxis, who becomes corrupted by the Dark Aether. In previous Black Ops games, she had contained both herself and the entity known as The Forsaken. But in this chapter, she breaks free, igniting the outbreak within the town. Familiar face Edward Richtofen returns, bringing along the legendary Wunderwaffe DG2. Players also get access to the Jet Gun, making its comeback from BO2’s TranZit map. With both iconic Wonder Weapons available, fans will feel the nostalgia, while the storyline continues weaving into the wider Dark Aether narrative.
Liberty Falls itself conveys the haunting emptiness of an abandoned American town. Deserted motels, neon lights flickering at the video store, and the bowling alley’s silence create an unnerving mood. Secret passages drag players into the otherworldly Dark Aether realm. The church and comic shop, once markers of normal life, now twist into surreal landmarks as reality merges with corruption.

We begin with the Liberty Falls Wonder Weapon—the Jet Gun. At spawn, you’ll see a motel with multiple floors. Head upstairs, and the second-floor door bursts open, releasing zombies. Clear them out to trigger the Jet Gun crafting quest. Inside this room lies the crafting table where the Jet Gun will be assembled later.
Tap Handle

Head to the flower shop. Unlock any barriers on the way. At the shop’s entrance, interact with the Tap Handle—there won’t be a prompt. Once collected, move toward the bowling alley.
Water Pressure Gauge

At the bowling alley, attach the Tap Handle to the wall panel. Crank it to build water pressure. This process takes time, so distractions like monkey bombs are handy if solo. Afterward, the Water Pressure Gauge drops to the floor—pick it up.
Handbrake

Move toward the church, then to the graveyard beside it. In the center, you’ll face the Groundskeeper zombie. Defeat him to receive the Toolshed Key. Use it on the shed east of the church to grab the Handbrake from the table inside.
Wires

Head to the radio house on the east side, opposite the comic shop. To access, either lure a Mangler to blast the door at round 11 or craft a Mangler Cannon for 1,250 scrap. Inside, search scrap piles until you find the Wires.

Return to the motel and use the crafting table to assemble the Jet Cannon. Once you’ve mastered the steps, future Liberty Falls runs will be much smoother.

The Jet Gun, formally the Thrustodyne Aeronautics Model 23, is a quirky but devastating Liberty Falls Wonder Weapon. Its rugged construction—with mismatched parts like a handbrake and valve—matches its improvised vibe. Instead of bullets, it generates a turbine-driven vacuum that drags zombies in and shreds them.
The vacuum effect makes it excellent for crowd control. However, it has limits—overuse overheats and breaks the weapon, forcing downtime. This high-risk, high-reward design means skilled players can dominate hordes but must manage its durability carefully.

With the Jet Cannon ready, head back to the church. Use it on the mysterious machine to activate the LTG crafting quest. This unlocks new objectives for assembling the LTG device.

Once collected, go to the large roof area connected via ziplines from the church or flower shop, and assemble the LTG at the crafting table.
Next, place the LTG under the lightning rift near the comic shop. This begins a one-minute defense where you must stop zombies from destroying it. Failing means retrying next round. After success, a mini-boss spawns—either a Mangler or Abomination. Don’t kill it yet; you’ll need it soon.
Return to the church, interact with the machine, and claim a canister. Place it strategically, then defeat the mini-boss close to it. Use shock traps to slow the enemy, ensuring its energy wisp flows into the canister. When it starts counting down, bring it back to the church.

In the church, grab the Strauss Counter. This tactical tool helps change devices around Liberty Falls by showing color codes.
Match the devices by setting them to the opposite color shown on the Counter—except yellow, which stays yellow. Correct adjustments link lasers to a hidden device at the gas station. Interact with it to obtain a second canister.
Bring this canister to the cemetery rift near the church. Defend it for another minute, then face a mini-boss. Repeat the same charging steps as before using traps. Once charged, return it to the church device to proceed.

After completing all steps, you’ll vote to start the last Liberty Falls showdown. The fight takes place inside the church, where you’ll survive three zombie waves in tight quarters. Upgrade weapons at the Pack-a-Punch inside the church and stock up on perks before starting.
The last wave features the Abomination mini-boss, which dies quicker if you use the Mangler transformation killstreak. Helicopter streaks from Terminus won’t work here.
Defeating all waves triggers a cutscene with Panos breaking free. You can either end the run there or continue farming for camos and personal records. Exfil afterward to conclude your Liberty Falls session.

Here are five strategies to maximize your Liberty Falls gameplay:
The main quest in Liberty Falls follows Samantha Maxis becoming corrupted by the Dark Aether, causing the outbreak. Players progress through a series of escalating objectives to halt the spread, with the storyline reaching its climax during the final battle inside the church.
You’ll find the Pack-a-Punch machine inside the church, serving as the central upgrade station.
The final boss is a wave-based fight filled with zombies and the Abomination mini-boss, finishing with a cutscene where Panos escapes.
Although the Liberty Falls main quest is less puzzle-heavy compared to Terminus, it has its share of tricky steps. Charging canisters and managing mini-bosses are the most failure-prone parts, followed closely by tuning the color-coded devices. Preparation is crucial—Pack-a-Punch upgrades, perk collection, and killstreaks all play a role in surviving the finale. With this rewritten Liberty Falls guide, you’ll know how to locate every part, craft every device, and defeat the final boss. Get ready to conquer Liberty Falls and earn all its rewards!
