To kick things off, let’s talk about the Black Ops 7 pre-order bonuses, especially the exclusive Operators that come with it.
When Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 was first revealed, players who pre-ordered the game were given the Woods Operator Pack for MW3. This pack was one of the rare carry-over bonuses, allowing Woods to appear in BO6. Furthermore, additional outfits for Woods could be earned by completing certain in-game objectives, and this content remains accessible in BO6.
Looking ahead, if you pre-order Black Ops 7, you’re likely to receive a brand-new Operator skin—possibly David Mason, Mike Harper, or even Raul Menendez. As with Woods, some of their alternate outfits might be unlocked by completing specific gameplay challenges. There have already been leaks suggesting that Camo will be one of the rewards for early purchases of Black Ops 7.
I also suspect we’ll see the Vault Edition of the game appear for pre-order close to Gamescom, which kicks off on August 19. Since Season 5 of BO6 launches on August 7, it’s likely that news of these bonus rewards will surface around that time.
All in all, we can anticipate at least four pre-order exclusive Operators for Call of Duty: Black Ops 7, similar to how last year’s release included Adler, Brutus, Klaus, and Park.
It also wouldn’t be surprising if BO7 includes another brand collaboration like before. However, these Operators might not immediately be usable in BO6—you may have to wait for the beta or full release of BO7 to equip these new skins.
One of the more surprising additions coming in Season 5 is the Fisherman Operator from the horror movie I Know What You Did Last Summer.
BO6 has officially confirmed a collaboration event with the film, continuing the franchise’s pattern of injecting horror-themed content into the game. The inclusion of the Fisherman is definitely a unique twist and helps drum up excitement for the upcoming content.
This crossover came out of nowhere, especially since Call of Duty typically doesn’t go too heavy on these kinds of media tie-ins. But given the film’s recent release, it makes sense to bring the Operator in now rather than later.

It’s unclear if there will be XP bonuses or themed collection events to go along with the Fisherman release, but at the very least, expect the Operator bundle to cost about 2,400 COD Points.
The bundle will reportedly include a themed Fishhook Man weapon skin as well. If you’re looking to immerse yourself in some nightmarish FPS fun, equip this Operator and weapon in Black Ops 6 Bot Lobbies and go wild.
The two recently leaked codenames—Chocolate and Jellybean—are likely placeholders for upcoming content, possibly new crossover Operators.
These unusual codenames are often used to conceal the true identity of characters before official announcements. Activision frequently masks unreleased Operators under odd or unrelated names, such as food or vehicles, to keep fans guessing.
There’s a strong chance that the Fisherman Operator was once internally labeled as Chocolate or Jellybean. Alternatively, these codenames could refer to brand-new crossover characters we haven’t seen yet.
So far, the Season 4 outro cinematic hasn’t given us any solid clues about who the next Battle Pass Operator for BO6 might be.
Previous season finales have teased upcoming characters like Jason Hudson and Stitch, but no such hint was included this time around. Still, rumors are circulating that Lawrence Sims may return as the Battle Pass’s featured Operator.
Interestingly, several of the campaign skins showcased at the end of Season 4 still haven’t been made available in multiplayer. This is something that happens quite often in Call of Duty—amazing single-player outfits are shown off but never actually become obtainable for players.
I’ve always thought it’d be great if these campaign outfits were unlockable through in-game challenges or other means, considering they’re already fully designed and integrated into the game.
There’s a good chance these campaign skins will make a proper debut in Season 5. With a haunted or Halloween theme potentially in the works, Activision might be saving some of the more chilling Operators for later in the season.
While it’s unclear how many more Operators will be released, these are all the confirmed and expected skins arriving in Black Ops 6 Season 5. With the season set to launch on August 7, we won’t have to wait long to see how it all unfolds. Until then, keep an eye out for leaks and get ready for another stacked season!
