Shoreline in Escape from Tarkov is one of the most diverse maps in the game, offering players a mix of PvP action and lucrative loot opportunities. The map combines open landscapes with tight indoor locations. The Health Resort located in the north, along with the villages and estate areas in the west, make for fast-paced, close-to-mid range firefights. At the same time, the open coastal stretches are ideal for snipers who prefer long-range engagements from hidden positions. Thanks to this variety, Shoreline is considered by many to be one of the best PvP maps available in Tarkov. Adding to its popularity, it contains some of the richest loot pools in the game, most of which are hidden in locked rooms throughout the Health Resort. Shoreline is also among the largest maps, with each Raid lasting 55 minutes and supporting 8–13 players alongside numerous Scav spawns.
The Shoreline has something appealing for every kind of player:
There is much to explore throughout Tarkov’s Shoreline—from the massive abandoned "Azure Coast" Health Resort and luxurious villas to secluded bunkers, small islands, a pier, and a Lighthouse. Below are the most notable locations and what players can expect to find there.
Note1: Left-clicking on the map will open a full-sized version in a new window.
Note2: This section will be expanded in the future, with more details added to each point of interest, including separating bulked areas where needed.

The Administration Building of the "Azure Coast" Health Resort is packed with offices, storage rooms, lounges, and utility spaces. In its basement lies a Scav-only extraction point that remains active at all times.
Note: Since a large portion of Shoreline’s loot is concentrated in the Health Resort, the Admin section is extremely contested. Expect to encounter multiple squads here.
Location: Center of the map, north of the Power Plant and northeast of the Village/Estate. This building sits at the northernmost part of the complex and is marked as "1" on our Shoreline Map.
Possible Loot: Numerous Safes, Drawers, PCs, technical loot, medical spawns, provisions, Weapon Cases, potential Flashdrives, and multiple Key spawns. A Blue Lab. Keycard may also appear inside the ambulance parked in front of the building (under the catwalk).
Detailed loot table for all Admin rooms coming soon!
This wing of the Health Resort contains dozens of apartments across the second and third floors. Many rooms share balconies, allowing alternative access routes if you have one key but not the other. The basement hosts a gym and swimming pool, while the first floor features several offices.
Note: Known for housing some of the most valuable loot in Shoreline, the West Wing is a hotspot for PvP. Groups frequently contest this location.
Location: At the center of Shoreline, north of the Power Plant, and northeast of the Village/Estate. This southwestern section of the Health Resort is marked as "2" on the map.
Possible Loot: Loose Weapon spawns, PCs, Safes, Medbags, Toolboxes, Duffle Bags, Weapon Boxes, money, jewelry, rare items, Grenade Boxes, and more. Several rooms yield jackpot-tier rewards, though some may disappoint. Key spawns include both Red and Blue Lab. Keycards.

The East Wing mirrors the West in layout, with apartments across the upper floors and offices below. Shared balconies also allow traversal between certain rooms.
Note: Like the other wings, the East Wing contains premium loot but attracts heavy player traffic, making it just as dangerous.
Location: Located in the southeastern part of the Health Resort complex. Marked as "3" on the map.
Possible Loot: Similar to West Wing—Weapon spawns, PCs, Safes, Medbags, Duffle Bags, Weapon Boxes, provisions, jewelry, rare items, and Grenade Boxes. Key spawns include the Red Lab. Keycard.

The Power Plant, marked by its three high-voltage power lines, features a large building, guard shack, vehicles, and sandbagged defenses. Scavs spawn in this area, so move carefully.
Location: Central Shoreline, south of the Health Resort and northeast of Scav Island. Marked as "4" on the map.
Possible Loot: Grenade Box outside the main building, San.104 key in the shack locker, San.222 key on a chair in the main building, plus Toolboxes, Jackets, and loose loot.
These luxurious villas once belonged to Tarkov’s wealthy citizens. Now abandoned, they attract both players and Scavs. Many refer to them as “Cottages,” due to the Cottage Key that opens the eastern villa.
Location: Western Shoreline, southwest of the Health Resort and northeast of the Tunnel extraction. Marked as "5" on the map.
Possible Loot:
This Gas Station is partially engulfed in flames, but still explorable. Stick close to walls to avoid fire damage and heal promptly. Scavs patrol the area.
Location: South of the Power Plant and west of Marina. Marked as "6" on the map.
Possible Loot: Two Weapon Boxes and a Safe. On the beach south of the Station: San.221 key spawns on a beach chair near an umbrella.
A small island connected to the mainland by a wrecked barge. It contains a house, shack, and warehouse. Scavs frequently spawn here, but the barge provides some cover.
Location: Southwest Shoreline, west of Gas Station and south of Villas. Marked as "7".
Possible Loot: Toolboxes, Weapon Boxes, Medbags, scattered provisions, and potential San.226 and San.328 key spawns on a table with an outboard motor.
This peninsula hosts the Yacht Club’s offices, a pier, and a lighthouse. The pier offers a PMC extraction, while the lighthouse serves as a Scav extraction.
Location: Southeast Shoreline, south of Weather Station. Marked as "8".
Possible Loot:
This abandoned settlement is now occupied by Scavs. Its enclosed layout provides cover and makes firefights chaotic. A Scav extraction point is located on its western edge, and multiple PMC spawns ensure early PvP.
Location: Western Shoreline, southwest of the Health Resort. Marked as "9".
Possible Loot: Most houses contain Jackets, Duffles, Toolboxes, and provisions. Additional spawns: Weapon Box near the Tank, San.203 key on a chair inside a house, and Cottage Safe Key inside a bus by the Tank.
An extension of the Village, separated by the road. Scavs may spawn here, and several cabins offer loot opportunities.
Location: Western Shoreline, adjacent to the Village. Marked as "10".
Possible Loot: The eastern cabin is the most rewarding: three Duffles, two Jackets, a Medbag, and provisions. Other cabins offer smaller loot pools.
This location, also known as the Radar Tower, is easily recognized by its tall red-and-white meteorological mast. The building has two floors and a rooftop, though climbing up leaves you exposed.
Location: Southeastern Shoreline, between the Gas Station and Health Resort. Marked as "11".
Possible Loot: Grenade Box and San.321 key at the tower’s top. By the truck outside: two Weapon Boxes. Inside: provisions, Medbag, Duffle Bag, rare item spawns, File Cabinets, Electronics, Safe, and a PC Block.
