The most effective rune setup for Gwen Jungle includes Conqueror, Triumph, Legend: Alacrity, and Last Stand in the primary tree, paired with Cosmic Insight and Magical Footwear in the secondary tree.

    Active: Consumes stacks. Gwen snips once for 10 / 15 / 20 / 25 / 30 (+5% of ability power) magic damage, snips again for each ammo consumed, and then snips a final time for 60 / 85 / 110 / 135 / 160 (+35% of ability power) magic damage.

    Gank lanes where enemies are overextended and out of position, as you can easily chase them down. Use your W to block CC and interrupts when engaging, as the mist provides protection and increases the success rate of your ganks. While clearing the jungle, maximize auto-attacks before using your Q to build up stacks and increase its damage output.
