Frozen Tomb

Lissandra encases herself or an enemy champion in ice. Enemies are stunned for 1.5 seconds. When self cast, Lissandra enters Stasis for 2.5 seconds and restores 100 / 150 / 200 (+55% of ability power) health, increased by 0-100% depending on missing health.
