Malphite Tips and Tricks

Malphite is weak in the early game, so try to avoid skirmishing with enemies who are strong early on. When laning against ranged champions, it's often necessary to sacrifice some CS for XP to avoid getting poked down. Stand back and avoid letting them harass you for free when you're not last hitting. In team fights, look for opportunities to either knock up multiple enemies with your Ultimate or isolate a target that's too far forward and overextended.

Malphite Best Build, Runes, Items for Mid

Most Popular

For the best Malphite Mid build, take Flash and Teleport as your Summoner Spells. Use Arcane Comet as your keystone, followed by Manaflow Band, Transcendence, and Scorch in the primary tree. In the secondary tree, take Cheap Shot and Ultimate Hunter. Rune shards should be Adaptive Force for offense, Adaptive Force for flex, and Health Scaling for defense, depending on your matchup. Build Malignance first, followed by Sorcerer's Shoes and Stormsurge. Complete the build with Shadowflame, Rabadon's Deathcap, and Void Staff. Max your abilities in the order of Q - E - W.

Situational Malphite Runes and Items

Adapt your build based on the enemy team composition, the game state, and your specific matchup. Consider taking Armor or Magic Resist rune shards depending on your lane opponent's damage type. Some items may be more effective in different situations, providing better survivability or utility based on the needs of your team.
