Pyke Support performs best with a build featuring Celestial Opposition, Symbiotic Soles, Umbral Glaive, Edge of Night, and Youmuu's Ghostblade. The most effective rune setup for Pyke Support includes Hail of Blades, Cheap Shot, Sixth Sense, and Ultimate Hunter in the primary tree, paired with Bone Plating and Unflinching in the secondary tree.

Pyke Champion Abilities

Gift of the Drowned Ones

Pyke stores 10% (+0.25% per 1 lethality) of damage taken from champions, increased to 45% (+0.5% per 1 lethality) when there's more than one enemy nearby. Pyke can store up to 80 (+8.0 per bonus attack damage) damage. While unseen by enemies, he rapidly regenerates this stored damage.

Additionally, Pyke converts all maximum health increases to attack damage instead at a rate of 14 health to 1 attack damage. P

Bone Skewer

Tap: Pyke stabs, dealing 100 / 150 / 200 / 250 / 300 (+0.75 per bonus attack damage) physical damage to the first enemy hit, preferring champions.

Hold: Pyke throws his harpoon, dealing 100 / 150 / 200 / 250 / 300 (+0.75 per bonus attack damage) physical damage to the first enemy hit and pulling them towards him. They are then slowed by 90% for 1 second. This ability's cooldown is refunded if it hits a champion. Q

Ghostwater Dive

Pyke gains camouflage and 45% (+2% per 1 Lethality) decaying over 5 seconds. W

Phantom Undertow

Pyke dashes, leaving a drowned phantom behind him that returns to him shortly. The phantom stuns for 1.25 seconds and deals 100 / 150 / 200 / 250 / 300 (+1.0 per bonus attack damage) physical damage to champions. E

Death from Below

Pyke strikes all enemy champions in an X, teleporting to and executing targets below 250-550 (+0.8 per bonus attack damage) (+1.5 per 1 lethality) health (depending on level). Champions above the threshold and non-champions instead take 50% physical damage. When an enemy champions dies inside the X, they grant the kill gold to both Pyke and an assisting ally and Pyke can recast this ability for free within 20 seconds. R

Pyke Tips and Tricks

Track enemy cooldowns and use your R accordingly. If they have Flash, anticipate them using it to escape your R. Wait for the enemy to use any dash or mobility spells before engaging with your Q, as this will make it much harder for them to dodge your Hook Q. Pyke excels at roaming, so don't hesitate to leave your ADC alone in lane to assist your Jungler or Mid laner.
