Yorick Champion Guide
Role: Fighter
Lane: Jungle
Yorick Jungle performs best with a build featuring Black Cleaver, Boots of Swiftness, Spear of Shojin, Liandry's Torment, and Eclipse. The most effective rune setup for Yorick Jungle includes Conqueror, Triumph, Legend: Haste, and Cut Down in the primary tree, paired with Magical Footwear and Approach Velocity in the secondary tree.
Yorick Champion Abilities
Shepherd of Souls
Yorick raises a grave for every 12th / 6th / 2nd enemies that die near him. Champions and large monsters always leave a grave.
These graves can be used to summon Mist Walkers with Awakening and Eulogy of the Isles. Mist Walkers have 110-212 (+20% maximum health) health and 4-90 (+0.2 of attack damage) attack damage, and Yorick can control up to 4 in an area (depedning on level).
P
Last Rite
Yorick's next attack deals an additional 30 / 55 / 80 / 105 / 130 (+0.5 per attack damage) physical damage and restores 10-68 health (+4 / 5 / 6 / 7 / 8% missing health), halved vs non-champions. If this attack kills the target, it leaves a grave. Champion and Large/Epic Monster hits also summons a grave.
When there are 3 or more graves nearby and this ability has already been used, Yorick can Recast to raise Mist Walkers from all nearby graves.
This ability triggers spell effects upon dealing damage.
Q
Dark Procession
Yorick summons a wall of spirits blocking enemies' path, but not allies'. The wall can be attacked, and disappears after 2 / 2 / 3 / 3 / 4 hits.
W
Mourning Mist
Yorick throws a globule of Black Mist that deals 70 / 105 / 140 / 175 / 210 (+100% of ability power) magic damage, slows by 30% for 2 seconds, and marks champions and monsters for 4 seconds. Marked enemies have 18 / 21 / 24 / 27 / 30% of target's armor as reduced armor.
Marked enemies continuously awaken nearby graves (but not exceeding the maximum of 4. Yorick and his summoned units gain 30% movement speed toward the mark. Mist Walkers will leap once at marked enemies that get away from them.
E
Eulogy of the Isles
Yorick summons the Maiden of the Mist and 2 / 3 / 4 Mist Walkers. The Maiden has 1050-3200 (+60% of Yorick's bonus health) health, deals 50 / 75 / 100 (+0.3 per attack damage) magic damage, and automatically raises more Mist Walkers from nearby enemy deaths. When Yorick damages the Maiden's target, he will deal 2 / 2.5 / 3% max health magic damage. This effect has no cooldown.
After 10 seconds, Yorick can Recast this ability to free the Maiden, sending her down the nearest lane.

Yorick Tips and Tricks
Yorick excels at split-pushing, so focus on creating pressure in side lanes. Use your Mist Walkers and your Maiden to build a strong minion wave, and make sure to push when the enemy team is distracted. Don’t hesitate to use your R in fights, especially when you can summon the Maiden to help you in large skirmishes. Also, keep an eye on your W, as it can be used both offensively and defensively to control space or zone opponents during fights.
Yorick Best Build, Runes, Items for Jungle
Most Popular
For the most popular Yorick Jungle build, take Flash and Smite as your Summoner Spells. Choose Conqueror as your keystone, followed by Triumph, Legend: Haste, and Cut Down in the primary tree. For the secondary tree, pick Magical Footwear and Approach Velocity. In terms of rune shards, select Adaptive Force for offense, Adaptive Force for flex, and Health Scaling for defense, depending on the matchup. Start with Black Cleaver as your first item, then build Boots of Swiftness and Spear of Shojin. For your final three items, finish your build with Liandry's Torment, Eclipse, and Sterak's Gage. Max your abilities in the order of Q - E - W.
Situational Yorick Runes and Items
Adjust your build depending on the context of your game, the matchup, and the enemy champions. For rune shards, consider taking Armor or Magic Resist depending on the champion you are facing in lane. Adapt your itemization to better fit your team’s needs and the game state, such as opting for more damage or tankiness based on the enemy team's composition and the phase of the game.
