Seastone Trident

Passive: Fizz's attacks cause his enemies to bleed, dealing 20 / 30 / 40 / 50 / 60 (+30% of ability power) magic damage over 3 seconds.

Active: Fizz's next attack deals an additional 50 / 70 / 90 / 110 / 130 (+45% of ability power) magic damage. If this attack kills its target, Fizz refunds 30 / 40 / 50 / 60 / 70 mana and reduces the cooldown of this ability to 1 second. If it does not kill, Fizz's attacks deal an additional 10 / 15 / 20 / 25 / 30 (+35% of ability power) magic damage for 5 seconds.
W
Playful Trickster

Playful / Trickster

Fizz hops onto his trident, becoming untargetable for 0.75 seconds, after which he deals 80 / 130 / 180 / 230 / 280 (+90% of ability power) magic damage to nearby enemies and slows them by 40 / 45 / 50 / 55 / 60% for 2 seconds.

Fizz can recast this ability while untargetable to dash again, which ends the effect early, deals damage in a smaller area, and doesn't slow.
E
Chum the Waters

Chum the Waters

Fizz launches a fish that attaches to the first champion hit. The victim is afflicted with true sight and slowed by between 40% to 80% based on how far the fish travelled before attaching. After 2 seconds a shark erupts on the target, knocking up the target with the fish for 1 second, knocking back everything else, and dealing between 150 / 250 / 350 (+80% of ability power) to 300 / 400 / 500 (+120% of ability power) magic damage based on how far the fish travelled before attaching.

Fizz Tips and Tricks

Try to go for extended trades as much as possible. Focus on using your Q and W to trade with while saving your E to escape if needed. Spend your mid-game split-pushing and dueling enemies who try to stop you. If you need to group, try flanking from the side with your R to surprise the enemy. If you're unable to pick up kills in the mid lane, use your R to roam and make plays elsewhere.
