Neeko Jungle performs best with the core build of Hextech Rocketbelt, Sorcerer's Shoes, Stormsurge, Shadowflame, and Zhonya's Hourglass. The most popular rune setup for Neeko Jungle includes Dark Harvest, Sudden Impact, Sixth Sense, and Ultimate Hunter in the primary tree, paired with Magical Footwear and Cosmic Insight in the secondary tree.

Neeko Champion Abilities

Inherent Glamour

Neeko can disguise herself as other units on the map. At any time she can disguise herself as an allied champion, or Neeko can stand next to any allied or neutral unit to store their Sho'ma and be able to transform into it. Your disguise will break upon receiving immobilizing crowd control, casting a damaging spell, damaging enemy towers as a non-champion, or your disguise taking damage equal to its healthbar.

Blooming Burst

Neeko throws a seed that blooms to deal 80 / 125 / 170 / 215 / 260 (+50% of ability power) magic damage. If it kills a unit or hits a champion or large monster, it will bloom again, dealing 35 / 60 / 85 / 110 / 135 (+25% of ability power) magic damage, with a maximum 2 extra blooms. Q

Shapesplitter

Passive: Every 3rd attack deals an additional 40 / 75 / 110 / 145 / 180 (+60% of ability power) bonus magic damage and increases Neeko's movement speed by 10 / 17.5 / 25 / 32.5 / 40% for 1 second.

Active: Neeko becomes invisible for 0.5 seconds and projects a clone that lasts 3 seconds. Neeko and the clone gain 20 / 25 / 30 / 35 / 40% movement speed for 3 seconds.

The clone can be controlled by recasting this ability. The clone mirrors her spellcasts, emotes, and recall. W

Tangle-Barbs

Neeko slings a tangle that deals 70 / 105 / 140 / 175 / 210 (+65% of ability power) magic damage and roots for 0.7 / 0.9 / 1.1 / 1.3 / 1.5 seconds.

The tangle becomes empowered after hitting an enemy, growing larger, moving faster, and rooting for 1.8 / 2.1 / 2.4 / 2.7 / 3 seconds. E

Pop Blossom

After a delay Neeko leaps into the air, knocking up all nearby enemies for 0.6 seconds. She then crashes down, dealing 150 / 350 / 550 (+120% of ability power) magic damage to all nearby enemies and stunning them for 0.75 seconds.

Most Popular Build

For the most popular Neeko Jungle build, take Flash and Smite as your Summoner Spells. Choose Dark Harvest as your keystone, and then pick Sudden Impact, Sixth Sense, and Ultimate Hunter in the primary tree. For the secondary tree, go for Magical Footwear and Cosmic Insight. Your rune shards should consist of Attack Speed in offense, Adaptive Force in flex, and Health in defense, depending on the matchup. Begin with Hextech Rocketbelt, followed by Sorcerer’s Shoes and Stormsurge. The last three items should be Shadowflame, Zhonya’s Hourglass, and Rabadon’s Deathcap.
