    Rell Tips and Tricks

Look for fights around objectives and in the jungle. Your R has a large area of effect which can allow you to CC multiple enemies at once. When making your way back to lane and when roaming around the map, change forms to reduce travel time so you get to your destination much quicker. Peel for your carries in a variety of ways with your R. Be prepared to use it as a defensive tool to help your allies escape from the strongest of enemies.

    Rell Best Build, Runes, Items

    Most Popular

If you want to use a strong Rell Support build, you should take Flash and Ignite as your Summoner Spells. For runes, pick Aftershock as your keystone, followed by Shield Bash, Bone Plating, and Unflinching in the primary tree, as well as Cosmic Insight and Hextech Flashtraption in the secondary tree. For rune shards, Ability Haste in offense, Health Scaling in flex, and Health Scaling in defense work well, though it depends on the matchup. For items, start with Celestial Opposition, followed by Plated Steelcaps and Locket of the Iron Solari. The final three items should be Zeke's Convergence, Knight's Vow, and Vigilant Wardstone. For skill order, prioritize W, then E, then Q.

    Alternative

For another approach, take Flash and Ignite as your Summoner Spells. Use Aftershock as your keystone, with Shield Bash, Bone Plating, and Unflinching in the primary tree, and Cosmic Insight with Hextech Flashtraption in the secondary tree. Choose Ability Haste, Health Scaling, and Health Scaling as your rune shards. The item build consists of Solstice Sleigh first, followed by Ionian Boots of Lucidity, then Zeke's Convergence. Complete the build with Locket of the Iron Solari, Knight's Vow, and Thornmail. The recommended skill order remains W, then E, then Q.

    Off-Meta

For an off-meta playstyle, take Flash and Ignite as your Summoner Spells, with Glacial Augment, Hextech Flashtraption, Biscuit Delivery, and Cosmic Insight as your primary rune tree, and Bone Plating with Unflinching in the secondary tree. Choose Ability Haste, Health Scaling, and Health Scaling for rune shards. Start with Celestial Opposition, then build Plated Steelcaps and Locket of the Iron Solari. The last three items should be Zeke's Convergence, Thornmail, and Vigilant Wardstone. Max W first, followed by E, then Q.

    Situational Rell Runes and Items

Depending on the game state, team compositions, and your matchup, certain situational items and rune choices may be necessary. Carefully assess both your team and the enemy team to adapt your build accordingly. For example, consider taking Armor or Magic Resist in rune shards based on the damage type of your lane opponents.
