Time in a Bottle

Zilean bottles 2 / 3.5 / 5 / 6 / 12 experience every 5 seconds. When he has enough experience stored to finish an ally's level, he can right-click them to give both himself and his ally the amount stored.

Time Bomb

Zilean tosses a time-delayed bomb that sticks to the first unit which comes within a small area around it. After 3 seconds it detonates, dealing 75 / 115 / 165 / 230 / 300 (+90% of ability power) magic damage.

Placing a second bomb on a unit that already has one detonates the first bomb immediately and stuns enemies in the blast for 1.1 / 1.2 / 1.3 / 1.4 / 1.5 seconds. Q

Zilean turns time, reducing his other basic ability cooldowns by 10 seconds. W

Time Warp

Zilean grants an allied champion 40 / 55 / 70 / 85 / 99% movement speed or slows an enemy champion for the same amount for 2.5 seconds. E

Chronoshift

Zilean grants a protective time rune to an allied champion for 5 seconds. If the target would die, the rune rewinds their timeline, putting them into Stasis for 3 seconds, then reviving them and restoring 600 / 850 / 1100 (+200% of ability power) health. R

If you’re struggling to land your Q Bombs, use your E to slow the enemy first, then follow up with a Q, W, Q combo. Only use your R to save someone truly worth saving, such as a key team member. Don’t waste your ultimate on someone who’s significantly behind. Before using your Passive to level someone up, make sure you're in a safe position. Standing behind minions or out of range during the laning phase are ideal locations to use your Passive safely.
