Udyr Tips and Tricks
Udyr has strong objective control, so make sure to secure every Dragon when possible to increase your chances of winning. To make ganking easier, approach from behind and activate your E at the last possible second. Using it too early may cause the movement speed bonus and stun to expire before reaching the enemy, allowing them to escape. Udyr is a strong duelist and can take on most enemies in a one-on-one fight. If the opposing jungler has a weak early clear, look for opportunities to invade and gain an early lead.

The recommended runes include Press the Attack as the keystone, with Triumph, Legend: Alacrity, and Coup de Grace in the primary tree, and Celerity with Waterwalking in the secondary tree. Rune shards should be Adaptive Force, Adaptive Force, and Health Scaling. Start by building Trinity Force, followed by Boots of Swiftness and Spear of Shojin. Finish the build with Death's Dance, Lord Dominik's Regards, and Dead Man's Plate. Stick to the Q, E, W ability order.

Situational Udyr Runes and Items
Depending on the matchup, enemy team composition, and game state, you may need to adjust your build. Assess your team's needs and the threats posed by the enemy champions to adapt accordingly. If facing a heavy AD team, extra Armor items may be beneficial, while Magic Resist options can help against AP-heavy opponents.
