A brand-new trader has finally arrived in ARC Raiders, and unlike the other vendors in the game, this one has no interest in your Coins. Instead, he wants valuable materials, rare collectibles, and ARC Parts in exchange for blueprints, cosmetics, weapons, and other high-value rewards. In this ARC Raiders Nomadic Envoys Weekly Stock Guide, I'll explain how the system works, which rewards deserve your attention, and how to complete Weekly Offers without draining your resources.

If you've ever played Destiny, the concept behind Nomadic Envoys will feel familiar. Destiny featured a special vendor called Xur who exchanged unique rewards for specific items rather than traditional currency. ARC Raiders uses a similar idea, adapting it to fit its own progression and economy systems.
Inside the Traders tab, you'll find a new vendor known as Ermal. He's a wandering nomad who refreshes his stock every week and brings a rotating collection of valuable rewards. However, you won't gain access immediately. Ermal only becomes available once you reach level 25.
Most of his inventory rotates every week, with the exception of Stash Expansion and Expedition Vault upgrades. Depending on the reset, Ermal's stock may include:
Practically anything obtainable in ARC Raiders can eventually appear in his inventory. The major difference between Ermal and every other trader is that he doesn't care about Coins. To complete trades, you'll need to hand over valuable ARC Parts and other rare items that meet the required trade value.
These are arguably the most valuable purchases available through Nomadic Envoys because both upgrades directly improve inventory management and long-term progression.
Here's what each upgrade provides:
The Stash Expansion is incredibly valuable for players who have already reached the limits of their available storage. Additional inventory space always finds a use, even if it gets filled up quickly after a few successful raids. If you're actively progressing your Raider, this should be one of your highest priorities.
That said, remember that the Stash Expansion resets whenever your Raider departs on an Expedition. Because of this, it's best treated as an upgrade that improves your current gameplay rather than something you'll permanently keep forever.
The Expedition Vault is slightly more situational. Some players enjoy the risk-versus-reward nature of Expeditions and don't mind losing valuable equipment. Others prefer having a safety net that protects their favorite gear. Being able to save a fully equipped Tempest IV certainly lowers the stakes, but ARC Raiders is already designed to be fairly accessible. Whether you prioritize the Vault depends entirely on your playstyle.

Every Tuesday at 1 PM UTC / 9 AM EDT / 6 AM PDT, Ermal refreshes his inventory with eight new offers. These slots typically contain a mixture of cosmetics, materials, weapon modifications, weapons, Raider Tokens, and other useful rewards.
Since most trades require ARC Parts, Nomadic Envoys finally gives players a meaningful reason to continue collecting them after finishing many of the game's standard upgrades.

This week's rotation is actually fairly affordable compared to some previous weeks. At least the featured cosmetic isn't demanding half a million Coins worth of Epic and Legendary ARC Parts, which is already a major improvement.
If you're wondering what to prioritize, I recommend picking up the Vita Shot Blueprint, Kinetic Converter, and Tempest first. After securing those items, the remaining purchases come down to your own goals and available resources.
Approaching Nomadic Envoys like a normal shop is one of the fastest ways to waste valuable resources. If you try to purchase everything you see, you'll quickly discover how expensive that strategy becomes.
The most important lesson is learning to avoid impulse purchases. Before trading away rare materials, ask yourself whether the reward actually improves your Raider today. A flashy cosmetic might look great, but it won't help you survive against hostile players or ARC machines.
Ermal has only been around for a short time, and I've already made the mistake of selling materials I later needed for trades. Once you've spent enough time in the season, Coins become far less important than rare barter materials. Always check Ermal's inventory before liquidating valuable ARC Parts.
Blueprints are still among the rarest progression items in ARC Raiders despite recent drop-rate improvements. Whenever a useful Blueprint appears, it should generally take priority over most weapons and cosmetic rewards.
Ideally, you should unlock at least one Stash Expansion and a couple of Expedition Vault upgrades before spending heavily on optional weekly rewards. These upgrades provide long-term account value and improve your overall progression far more than most temporary purchases.
If you're planning to begin an Expedition soon, avoid investing in a Stash Expansion first. Since the extra inventory disappears when the Expedition starts, you're often better off waiting until afterward.
Ermal occasionally asks for some surprisingly strange items. One week it might be Fossilized Lightning, while another could require rubber duckies or other unusual collectibles. If something doesn't drop often, it's usually worth storing rather than selling.
Cosmetics should almost never be your first purchase. Prioritizing appearance over progression can leave you behind when it comes to equipment and overall account strength. If you're an exceptional player, you might eventually loot someone else's purchases, but that's not a strategy worth relying on.
Every time the weekly inventory refreshes, make it a habit to review the new offers immediately. You never know when an item you've been searching for will suddenly appear in Ermal's inventory.
If you're new to ARC Raiders or currently struggling with resources, don't make Nomadic Envoys your primary focus. The system is designed for players who have already reached the mid-game and accumulated a healthy stockpile of materials. Spending everything too early can leave your account resource-starved for a long time.
Ultimately, Nomadic Envoys rewards patience and planning. Ermal shouldn't be treated like a standard vendor. Instead, view him as a long-term investment opportunity that allows you to convert carefully saved resources into meaningful upgrades. If you stay selective and avoid impulse purchases, you'll consistently benefit from his inventory without bankrupting yourself every week.
